Gather & Grow
I'm a founding partner at Gather & Grow, alongside Anique Coffee, a fractional Head of Growth and growth strategist. Together we bring commercial growth strategy and operational leadership into one partnership for leadership teams navigating growth and change.
Through Gather & Grow, I co-lead leadership empowerment work and facilitate hands-on workshops that help teams build the habits and shared ownership that make growth sustainable, not just achievable. The posture is the same one I bring everywhere: no fixed answer on the way in, a lot of listening for what's underneath, and a bias toward turning insight into something a team can actually carry forward.
We've loved working with Leah and Anique. Their complementary skills and approaches were amazing throughout the process. Our leadership is more confident to lead, and now we have a focus on where we want to invest and how. The direct conversations benefited our full team and gave us the tools we needed to communicate productively and in the spirit of growth.
Inzovu
I've also worked alongside the team at Inzovu, an innovative design and research practice, contributing operational leadership to their work. It's a more exploratory room than a typical client engagement, one that's willing to sit with an open question before rushing to an answer. That's a muscle I use everywhere, and Inzovu is where I keep it sharp.
What stays consistent
I'm reflective and practical. A strategist and an operator who knows what implementation actually requires. Comfortable with complexity, and committed to making the next move simple. Whatever room I'm in, that combination doesn't change.
