One-on-one, when the work is yours to carry
Some of the most important shifts don't happen in a strategy session. They happen in the ongoing work of figuring out how to carry your role differently, on your own, in real time. That's what my business advisory coaching practice is for: one-on-one work for founders and leaders who are busy, capable, and still finding that the most important work is hard to name or finish.
What it's like
You get a space that feels organic and judgment-free, the kind where you can finally say the messy thing you haven't been able to name anywhere else. I'll ask the question beneath the question and say what needs to be said, with care. I'm 100% on your side, and I won't help you look away from what needs your attention.
If you're carrying frustration, uncertainty, or doubt, I won't minimize it, and I won't reinforce the helplessness either. I'll acknowledge what's hard, then turn the conversation toward what's actually yours to decide.
The impact
You get temporary shared capacity: a second brain that holds the whole picture when you're too close to it, so you can tell urgent from important and make better decisions in real time. You'll stop spinning and start trusting your own judgment again, instead of borrowing mine.
And it won't end when the session does. I name things in language that sticks, so you can carry it with you and use it on your own later. The conversation keeps working long after it's over.
As a first-time entrepreneur, even with 16 years of experience in my industry, the first few months felt incredibly daunting. Bringing Leah on early was the best investment I could have made. She provided the guidance, structure, tools, and strategies to position my new business for long-term growth.
