I have never felt more gratified in my work than I've been since starting out on my own. These projects will TRANSFORM LIVES. This isn't just about better business practices. This is about actual impact that my clients can see and feel.
✨ One client is a single mom who is ready to take her small business to the next level. After having a baby, starting a business - all while navigating the covid years - she's bursting with creative ideas and is ready to scale. I'm helping her realize her plans to build community, expand her offering, give opportunities to other single moms while creating meaningful wealth for herself and her young son.
✨ Another client has run a successful business for the past five years and is looking to pivot. Much of her success has come from her own blood, sweat and tears. She wants to build sustainable practices that support her next chapter. I'm helping her build systems and implement tools that will make it easier for her to offload low-value tasks while she focuses on building a robust business development pipeline. As her business scales, she'll be ready to spend more time on what matters, and have the confidence knowing the infrastructure is ready for exponential growth that doesn't require her to burn out to realize success.
✨ Finally - and probably most impactful - I'm working with a team to reset how they price their projects and establish benchmarks and tools that give them confidence in the the premium price point of their offering. In addition to shoring up the efficiency in how they continue to deliver great work, we'll also be implementing ways to create depth on their team, removing layers of burden and stress that have jeopardized the health of the founder.
Yes, these projects will create a stable, more reliable business operation. But that's just the surface impact. This work creates space for these women to retain whole-life balance and become empowered leaders. Who are generous and invest in their communities. This is about more than spreadsheets and processes. We are making the world a better place, one project at a time.
