Fractional leadership, built for the work in front of you

## Text

Maybe the business has grown, but the way it runs hasn't caught up. Priorities are harder to sort. Decisions take longer. Too much still depends on you, even with a capable team around you. That's where I step in.

I bring 20+ years of global agency operations experience into your business as an embedded, senior leader, usually for three months to a year. We'll leverage my experience to add shared capacity that builds from inside your own team.

## How it works

## Text

### 1. The Growth Map: turning the mash into meaning

You hand me a tangle: stories, facts, frustration, competing priorities, half-formed instincts about what's wrong. What you get back feels different: a focused diagnostic across the areas that actually drive organizational health, broken down into a manageable set of connected themes, decisions, and priorities.

It's an honest, observations-first read, delivered before we ever talk about what comes next. Clarity is hard to find when you're underwater. This process gives you room to discern what matters and move forward with intention.

### 2. Fractional consulting: the just-right level of integration

If the diagnostic points to a longer engagement, you get someone embedded at exactly the level your team needs. Not so close that I create more meetings and more dependence on me. Not so far removed that I'm just another author in an anonymous slide deck.

I see leadership, culture, strategy, and operations as one connected system. A delegation problem might be a trust issue. A workflow bottleneck might start with poorly defined expectations. I move between the human conversation and the operational design without losing either, and I take ownership of agreed priorities instead of just advising on them.

That's the difference between a consultant and a partner: close enough to feel where the strain actually is, not just where it shows up on paper.

### 3. The impact: built to outlast me

From Day 1, you will feel a shift across your team, not just at the top: clearer decisions, less bottlenecked on one person, a way of working that holds after I'm gone.

That's by design. My instinct isn't to make the plan bigger, it's to find the smallest meaningful move that creates real clarity and momentum, then translate it into clean ownership, useful frameworks, and a rhythm your team can sustain without me. The breakthrough shouldn't disappear when the engagement ends.

Leah unlocks something in people. The changes she's responsible for are worth tens of millions of dollars to this firm. She's more of an agent of change than anyone I've ever known.
